I was apprehensive about taking my vehicle to a dealership to get serviced. I’ve heard horror stories and I wasn’t entire sure what to expect. Josh answered all my questions, made suggestions and recommendations. I truly felt as if I had all of his attention. Although Marc is excellent and I have not made him aware, I will provide an update. I had front brake pads installed on my car and after driving it for 2 weeks, the squeaking has stopped (for now). If the squeaking resumes, I will bring it back. I don’t have the luxury of time to keep bringing my car in to get it right. I had a nightmare of a time during COVID when crap pads were installed on my car and had to bring it back multiple times and finally ended up with a loaner for several days. What is it with this dealership and brake pads?

The estimate I received for labor for replacing the catalytic converter was over $100 over the normal price for this task.
It should have been $535 for labor, but I was quoted $642.
