I was waiting at the dealership during my vehicle’s service. The job was completed and my car was parked on the side of the building sitting for an unknown length of time. I had to tell my rep that I saw my car parked and asked if it was ready. Apparently the keys were dropped off at the wrong desk and rep didn’t know car was ready.

My first service for the problem was 9-01-23. Part needed for power window front passenger window took 1 month to fix. Contacted Joshua on 9-22-23 both direct line n left message with one of the service person. Took 3 calls (9-22-23, 9-23-23 and 9-25-23) during the 3 days before Joshua called back on 9-25-23 to inform part will be in next day (9-26-23). Tried to make appointment, but Josh told me to just come in when I have the availability. Got a call from parts department 9-29-23 to inform ****’s arrived. Came in for service to finalize on 9-30-23. Second service itself was not a problem. It went smoothly and took only 1.5hrs. Not sure how long parts usually takes for such problem, but this took 4wks. I remembered in last car was washed each time serviced, but didn’t happen this last 2 services. Not sure if that was stopped.
