I pulled up to the service reception line and waited for 10mins, no one came to offer help. Then I went to the office, and again, I stood by the entrance for another 5+ mins and no one offered help, until Marc Wiseman who finally came to help. The rest were simply avoiding eyes contact nor even said would be right back with you.
