I feel flushing the brake system at 21000 miles is totally unnecessary. My car is serviced by you all the time. No need to take advantage of my trust.

Getting what we needed done was great and fast. But friendliness could be better. The last couple times I’ve been in, the customer service isn’t always the best. As a female walking in, it’s already an unknown area and intimidating, but to also feel like we said the wrong thing isn’t the best feeling. Just a suggestion. I had my husband swap with me to finish the transaction so I didn’t have to have further interaction.

I made an appointment to have regular maintenance done on my CR-V and pointed out to Tim, my service rep, that there were two recalls associated with the car. Tim added the recall repair work to my service order.
Several hours later, Tim called me and told me my car was ready for pick-up. When I arrived, I asked him about the recall work, but he told me it had not been done without providing any additional feedback or explanation. He offered to make a second appointment for me to get the recall repairs done, but now I will have to make another trip to the service department, which, from my perspective, is completely unnecessary.

Marc was patient and appeared to be very customer oriented. The problem I was having with the car would not reveal itself when I arrived at the Service Dept. However,Marc provided his card and said to call him it reared it’s head again on my way back to the dealership.It did happen again that afternoon and I called Marc to inform him I was on my way back.
