Mike was great and answered all my questions and listened to my concerns. He called with an update to gather more information about the issue I was having with my Pilot. He even made sure to hold a loner car for me so I would have a car while mine was in the shop. He had the car pulled up and waiting for me as soon as I got to the dealership. Very friendly and courteous.

The services department department continues to be evasive about returning any of my 5 calls on recall repairs. Didn't schedule a follow up appointment even though i asked about it on this visit. Parts i was told would be available in September still haven't 'arrived'.

I brought my CRV in at 9 AM Wednesday morning and it took six hours to change the oil and 2 air filters. The contact phone number for the dealership service and the service rep does not work. The phone system constantly routed to leaving a message. I also received no follow up after calling back the second day after picking up my vehicle about some issues that I had questions about. I also noticed an “Immediate attention” alert that needs my attention. I left another voice message today and I cannot seem to reach anyone at Honda to talk to me. Someone needs to call me.!
