From the first phone call to handing me my keys, Maddie Martinez was a true treasure. A recall (my third with this new vehicle ) is a little easier to stomach when the reception and service as I received at Weir Canyon this morning are standard. A well-oiled machine indeed. Thank you!

This was a horrible experience and they did nothing to help me. When I asked for a manager they said he was on vacation they refused to fix my car because they couldn’t “duplicate the problem,” but I printed out the report from the first Mechanic, who was able to actually diagnose the issue. I explained to them that I am a commuter and very concerned about the safety of my vehicle and they disregarded my concerns increasing rude. They were also rude when I came to pick up my car and when I erased concerns, the regrown men got in my face and bullied me. I am highly dissatisfied. They did nothing to help me.
