My service experience at Weir Canyon Honda was absolutely stellar! Mark provided the best service imaginable. He is not only extremely knowledgeable but also managed a big intake of work early in the morning with incredible efficiency and a smile, including dealing with a particularly grumpy customer.
During the morning rush, Mark took the time to explain the different ways I would be updated about my car's status, showed me where I could wait, and even offered me a refill on my coffee. Having a car that isn’t working can be very stressful, and I was doubly anxious waking up to find two cars not starting at the same time. Mark’s assurance that everything would be taken care of was incredibly comforting.
He kept me updated throughout the process, and true to his word, my car was fixed promptly. I am beyond appreciative of the excellent service Mark provided. Despite living in Upland, I will gladly make the drive to Weir Canyon Honda for this exceptional level of service. Mark has truly set the bar high, and I am grateful for his outstanding support.

My only comment is that there was black grease on my outside drivers door handle. I got it on my hands when I went to go out after I got home. Otherwise, your service representative was excellent.
