I asked for my tires to be rotated and they didn’t do it. I had to read on the paperwork that it was not needed but they have not been rotated for over 10,000 miles. Also, I was told that I had a nail on my tire and they t could t be fixed and needed another tire so I took it to American tires and they fixed it.
