After receiving a recall service, the tailgate upper part was not properly fixed, and there was noise. I tried calling Jesus several times, but he did not answer. I visited the service center in person to attempt a repair, but he was not there. Michael, an employee, was aware of the issue with the broken tailgate pin after the recall service and said he would fix it if I visited on January 11th at 8 AM. However, when I arrived, Michael was absent, and another employee falsely claimed that the tailgate was not detached during the recall service. Nonetheless, the employee agreed to make the repair and told me to wait. It seems there is no clear answer to how many employees need to be involved to resolve this issue. I am now uncertain whether I will return to this service center for future repairs. I would like to ask the Honda service representative: will I be compensated for the time spent addressing this issue?

Mark is a very nice guy. I brought the car in for the fuel pump recall and to have something else fixed and I asked for a courtesy car multiple days and was told when one came in. I would get a call with five days past and I didn’t get anything and then when I went to pick up my car, it was dirty and dusty everywhere. My car came in looking like a brand new car that’s like it was sitting in a junkyard . They obviously leave the windows or doors open near big piles of dirt.

I was originally pleased with my service advisor’s friendly attitude and prompt response with scheduling my service regarding a recalled part on my car. But my disappointment came after the service was supposedly completed. While I was driving, a warning message that I had never seen before came on indicating there was a problem and “to see the dealer”. After contacting the service dept, my service advisor again was polite and pleasant and got me scheduled for the next day. The reason for my discontent with my experience is that the double visit was very inconvenient for me, as I had to shift my schedule around and cancel other important events to fit this in. It was a waste of my time, gas and energy. At the end of it, my impression of the dealership’s attitude about it was a casual “oops, sorry”…. which falls below my expectations from Honda came after the service was supposedly completed. i was told it would take 1.5hrs for an oil change but to also rotate my tires and do the software update (recall), it would be 3. i patiently waited 3hrs only to find out they only did the oil change and nothing else. cory(?) did his best to fix the situation which i am very grateful for, but now i still need to make another appt and go back again…

Should not have had the trouble I had in even calling the service dept.many times just to find out if my return pickup drivrr was scheduled. You better get your phone system replaced. Tell this to the GM.
