Great communication throughout the whole process. Recalls are a pain in the ****, but the service managers were great and got it done before the promised time.

First I was very happy with Maddie. The tech who took my car in at 8:40 AM DID NOT START the recall work until 12:30OM. Idk why it was started and then stopped. I was waiting at dealership for about 6 and 1/2 hours and I had mad an appointment. Lack of communication and then starting and stopping the work was uncalled for. I also had to sit there with a horrible migraine. I saw people come and go who came in after me. Never in 14 years have I ever had this kind of experience. Again I do not blame Maddie it was the tech Juan. The tech knew I was waiting as well and obviously could give a care. Poorest service in 14 yrs I have ever received. I hope this is not a sign of things to come.
