I’d like to send a deep thank you to Maddie for making this entire process extremely seamless. My family and I have been long time customers since 2006 whether we were buying new, dropping off for service, or trading in our cars. We have not felt this level of professionalism and experienced this level of help until this occurrence with Maddie. She immediately listened to our concerns and quickly provided us with solutions to better our situation. She was very clear with her communication and made sure our needs were being addressed. We dropped off our car for service and was provided with a loaner in the mean time while parts and service were being done. Then when we came back to pick up, we were out of there within 5 minutes. I have never been in and out this quick with no worries whatsoever. I will be back for all my future services and purchases. Maddie is definitely the best asset to this team.

You did great I have no issues with the service.
On a side note after paying $1800 for a repair I would think the least you guys could do is provide a courtesy wash. When I used to take my car for service at Riverside Honda they always provided a courtesy wash even for an oil change.
