I dropped my car for multiple warning signs, Jesus called me at 10:40 AM told me they are start to look in the codes and he said mechanic have to waiting for my car engine to cool off and it take about 3:00 PM then he will call me to let me knows the cost to fix it. After 3:00 PM I called several calls to him, main line select service option, no one pick up phone! Operator also not pickup phone, after I called again this time selected sale and asked the sale man to tell service department my concerns, again no one call back! I finely asked my neighbor to take me to your office and found out the car is still in parking lot, I very disappointed took my car back home without fixed!!
