Nothing really bad, and I know things happens but, an hour and 45 minutes for an oil change is a bit long. And maybe it was done in the quoted time but, that means my car sat there and wasted my time sitting there.

Jesse was great! The fact that I had to bring it back in and worry about whether you would have a loaner after you performed a recall was the upsetting part. This was after bringing the car in initially and they did not order the part, so technically this is the third time the car has been in.
