I’m not confident in the service recommendation that I got (and paid for parts since they had to be ordered). Nothing was explained to me so I’ve googled it and I’m not sure if it really needs to be done or why it is so expensive compared to what I see online. Also, the report from the mechanic said the issue was “urgent” but the advisor said the axl leaking could wait. When I’m paying $1200 to service the car, I feel like I should be confident in it. I’m feeling like I wonder what another mechanic would say about the issue. I already paid for parts so we’ll be doing the service - just wanted to share my feedback as a long time customer.
