Maddie was great, and very understanding. BUT, my appointment was at 1:30 and was told it would be 45 to 60 minutes. I made it clear upfront that I only wanted an oil change, and was waiting for it, so needed it done asap. So after an hour an a half (3:00), when Maddie and the mechanic came up to me in the waiting room to show me my cabin air filter and engine air filter, I snapped at them! It’s been an hour and half and you took out my air filters to show me??? Why can’t I just get an oil change???? BTW, I had literally just changed my cabin filter myself, why did he need to take it out and show me?? Why make an appointment when they didn’t start working on my car for an hour and a half??? Don’t tell me 45 minutes to an hour, when it’s going to take an hour and a half. My time is just as valuable as yours.
