Love you guys as far as getting me in quickly and taking care of my vehicle. Unfortunately, dealer prices are high, and I would love to continue working with you guys, but I have to look for less expensive options.

I really liked about overall service provided by Madeline and other staff, however, it took too long. She said it will take 2,3 hours but it took 5 hours. I left my car 11:50am and took back my car at 4:50pm, thus 5hours.

I called last week to make an appointment to get a recall fixed as well as an oil change, I confirmed with Madeline on Thursday that the part for the recall was available, she said they had one part left and that she would hold it for me until my Saturday appointment. I dropped my car off on Saturday and Madeline called me 30 minutes after I left to tell me that they actually did not have the part anymore to fix my recall. I was extremely disappointed in the lack of diligence and organization, and I was not offered any sort of resolution other than that I would be “first on the list when parts became available.” This is extremely unacceptable as a new car owner and my first visit to the dealership for service.

I went in at a reservation for 10am for a recall and did not get my car back till 6pm which is 8hrs… I was told before hand that the work will only take 3-4 hrs. Due to this , my day was already ruined without my car. I never got a courtesy call as well on an update on my vehicle. I had to call and see what was going on and wait for a call back. What made me most pissed off was all my clothes were thrown on the floor of the car as well and shoved in the bottom of the seat.. at least put it back the way it was when the workers finish … I was literally about to get my car appraised and trade it in for a civic type R but due to this experiences the car was never appraised and I’m now having second thoughts whether I should even go to this location and buy a car.

No wonder people are sick of dealers
An auto service shop would be next call. It's not the price for the service, it's the added service pushed to perform unnecessary. You don't align wheels every 5000 miles.
