It was impossible to get through by phone call. I tried multiple times over a series of months. Eventually, I had to book the appt online. The people in the service dept also don’t answer the phone. I heard multiple phones ringing while I was there that were not picked up. I tried calling myself and saw the call went through, but no one picked up. So there are two problems - calling the main number, which doesn’t go to a human, and calling the specific service numbers that ring at their desks, that are not picked up.
Don’t think I’ll be coming back, which is sad after 10 years. It became way too much of a hassle to deal with this place. So sad, because it used to be a great place to come and they even used to do a free car wash. It declined significantly.

I was quoted a lower price on the phone by one service advisor and then charged a much higher rate after completion on the same day. This was for a simple battery replacement not dependent on variable labor. What explains the discrepancy in pricing? If I had not called ahead for the quote, I would have been stuck with the higher payment. As a long term customer (cars, parts, service), this was a highly dissatisfying experience even after the lower price was eventually honored.
