I felt the tone of the person I spoke with was unsympathetic and somewhat arrogant. After we hung up I f elt compelled to call back and told them not to service my car and I'd pick it up and take it somewhere else which I did. Shame after buying at least 6 cars (Honda and Acura) from Weir Canyon and service for 25 years I won't be coming back.

My car was purchased in Seattle Washington. We have moved a lot and this service has been the slowest service without question just to get an oil change and tires rotated. In addition, the car is never washed, they always say it will
take an extra 40 minutes and it never happen.

I think the service center has been very busy however I am told to get a loaner now I have to book a couple of weeks in advance. That may not work from me. However I understand COVID may be the reasons of many shortfalls but while I was there I was attended well.

I have been a faithful customer of Weir Canyon Acura for over a decade. I have submitted several service department and sales department evaluations. I have said repeatedly that there are other auto companies that create cars that are better looking to me but I have always come back to Acura because I like the service department. In the past I have felt like the Weir Canyon Acura service department provided excellent care. I established an ongoing professional relationship with Jesus and Roy and others of the long term service manager people. Today it was like going to a totally different service department. I waited in line for over 30 minutes with nobody coming to help. I finally stopped an employee that was strolling by and I asked him if there was a service person I could start the process of getting my lube and oil change. He said that there were only two people logging cars in and one of those people was at lunch which left only one person working. He told me that I was the third car in line so I would just have to wait. I waited for 30 minutes and then gave up and drove home. I returned later and eventually did get my car serviced. None of my old familiar service manager people were there. I was helped by a new guy who is friendly enough sort of, but very slow and I didn’t have the old personal connection that I have had in the past with the service department. I never received a call that the work was completed. I just came back when I knew the service department was going to be going home for the evening. Eventually Miguel Viegas helped me settle up my bill. In the past I did not give Miguel a stellar rating because he seemed immature and in efficient. Watching him function today I have to give him a very good rating for trying. He seemed much more mature and he seem to be working as fast as he could but I felt sorry for him because he was behind the eight ball. When there are only two service managers working and one is at lunch and two or three cars want to check in there’s only a limited amount that Miguel could do to provide fast efficient courteous service. I think Miguel has matured into a good employee but his short staffed situation is not pleasant for him and it was a most unpleasant service department experience for me the customer. I am so disappointed and how much that we are CANYON in Acura service department Has sunk. Maybe it’s the Covid or maybe something else all I know is this was a totally different and disappointing customer service experience today. I hope someday the service department rebuilt itself to the stellar service department that I knew and the service department That enticed me to buy a new Acura just so that I would stay with the excellent service department.

Seems representatives were very busy or under staffed. When service was completed agent asker if ok to wash car. I replied yes however after40 minutes car was still noi available. An agent tracked car down still waiting for a wash which I skipped. If I did inform that it would be long I would’ve skipped it in the first place or if I was told it was gonna be that long it would make a lot easier the only complete and it’s not that big a deal I’ve been pleased with everything else about your service and checking prices with Costco and other places I’ll probably end up getting some tires and a great job for me in the future thank you bye

About 10 years ago, I needed the same service that I received today. That is, a new key an electronic transmitter. The total bill was $25 today it was $425. That is absolutely outrageous. Secondly, I was told that my wait time would be 1 hour, but I sat there for two and a half hours. Everyone was courteous the gentleman in question it was fine, I have no complaints with his attitude. The dealership was neat and clean, and one more thing on the negative side. When I arrived, I put my vehicle in the line of cars and sat there. I watched Representatives walk up to each and every vehicle in front of me, never looking at me greeting me, just went about their business. Finally when they had reached the woman who was one car in front of me, they took very good care of her then turned around and walked back into the dealership and closed the door. I sat there about 15 minutes, wondering when or if anyone would come out to at least greet me and let me know that I was in the queue. No one, no action. Pretty surreal I thought. So that was the deal and outrageous price tag more than double the wait time I was told and totally ignored when I got into the line of vehicles waiting for service. As a side, the way I resolved being in the end of the car line and very ignored was to speak to a car salesman, who recommended I drive up in front of all the cars there must have been five or six by this time but of course no one in them simply put my car in front of them, which is what I did. I then got out of the car and stood on the little sidewalk there where there's some kind of podium and after a few minutes someone came over to see if they could help me. It was like in a very old joke,"well it was very, very, very expensive, but on the flip side, it was poor service"
