Miguel and Ramon took time to test drive my vehicle. They were the passengers in my vehicle to duplicate the noises that I was hearing. They explained to me the noises that I heard was not from the transmission but from the roadway. Thank you very much Miguel and Ramon for excellent customer service.

The service tech was not customer service oriented. I had to ask another service tech to check me out so I could leave. My car was presented back to me spotty and wet. I noticed the car was ready and sitting for 20 mins.

I was not advised of anything beyond the basic service my car needed until I was leaving, meaning I would need to return another time. My car was not washed, and I was not asked if I wanted to skip the washing. I was very disappointed with the level of service I received.

We dropped the suv for service and came back to pick up upon getting notice that the vehicle was ready. We received the SUV without getting a wash. Were asked to wait another 40 minutes if wanted car washed. Really! We are so done with Acura!
