I had an appointment for 9:15 am. was told the service would be 1 1/2 hours. At 11:45 (21/2 hours later) I had still not received a call to say the Car was done. When I arrived at noon the car was in line to be washed but I couldn’t wait. I moved last year to South County and probably passes 3 or 4 Acura dealers to come back up for service because all of my service has been with you. I was disappointed

The lane mitigation button, it would not turn on. I turned around and drove back to the dealership and service Dept was closed it was 5:10pm. Went inside and got one of the sales managers to come out and look at it. He turned a button on the steering wheel and then it worked ok. As I was driving home I noticed it doesn’t look like they centered the camera on the windshield. It’s off center from the console. Going to check my friends RDX to see if this is right or they misplaced it’s position on the new windshield. If it’s wrong I will return and it’s your dime to replace in I the correct position!
