My service rep Jorge was great and my service was done just fine. My disappointment was that my complimentary vehicle wash was not done as it normally has been in the past. Not sure if just an omission or if the complimentary car wash is not being offered any more. Hopefully the next time I bring my MDX in for service, the complimentary car wash will again be offered.

Dropped off car at 8am on 9/10. Received an update at 3:00 pm and I approved the recommended work of transmission service and air conditioning repair. I also requested to replace the rear camera as condensation makes the camera useless when it occurs. No one called me back to let me know the work could not be finished by the end of the day. No one called me back the next morning either. I called on 9/11 at 9:30 to check on the status but had to leave a voicemail. No one returned my call so I called again at 10:45. Could only get ahold of a different technician and was told they were finishing up. I inquired about the backup camera and was told the work was not being done as the camera needed to be ordered. After waiting all day, I was not notified until 2:30 that the car could be picked up. Terrible communication and service. Not sure I’ll ever come back!!!
