Johnathan was great. Polite , helpful. I was there for three hours. If I would have known I would have had someone pick me up. Apparently, they had problems with the back alignment. Why not tell me what’s going on. In the waiting room I asked the front reception to turn the captioning on the TV. She tried but couldn’t fine the right remote. So no sound, no captioning. Finally, my car was ready. I was told to go to A9. But first Jonathan said they were going to give me and $80 discount he said they had to bring another person in to help with the alignment and that’s what took so long. I asked why they didn’t tell me. I asked your sales manager twice where my truck was. I am still not quite sure how they came up with an $80 dollar discount. It looked more like $30. Anyway ,I went to get my car and it wasn’t parked in A9. As I was walking up to A9 I could see it wasn’t there so I turned around and went back to the cashiers desk. This guy came out and said he would find it. So he drove it up to the door. He had the audacity to tell me it was in A9 in the next row. I said no there are not two A9 s and he said yes it was parked right where it was supposed to be. I went out and took pictures. The next row and in front of A9 is A 38. Now you tell me what the heck that was about. I am NOT stupid! At that point I just wanted to get out of there. Next while I am on a roll with your service, two of your salesmen had words…loud words with swearing that one or the other was taking customers from the other. It wasn’t very professional and all of us sitting in the waiting room with no sound on the tv and the music blaring could here them. Why can’t you have the captioning on??? This is the first time I have been disappointed in the service there. New place new attitudes !!! The jerky guy who got my car for me….what was that?? Telling me I was more or less lying about where my car was. ????? I have been doing business with you for 20 years. I don’t deserve that kind of treatment.
