I’m sure the service done to my car was great; however having to wait 2 and a half hours was way too long! I appreciate that Bob came to check on me often but I’ve never had to wait anywhere for that amount of time. Next time I would appreciate a loaner or a shorter wait time.

I don't want to get anyone in trouble but I had 2 cars have an oil change and it was well over 2 hours for each. Last time I came here it was the same problem. I even told them not to rotate the tires because I was in a hurry. We barely got out of there before you closed. Then my.son was.late for his graduate class at Monmouth. It shouldn't take that long for a scheduled pil change
