Kyle is my absolute favorite service advisor. I go to him and no one else because no one else knows how to make a customer feel at home. The other service advisors are nice but Kyle goes out of his way to make sure the customer is really satisfied. If it wasn’t for Kyle I’d honestly probably go to another genesis.
