Mariela was great! In spite of being very busy with all her service customers, she checked in with me several times while I waited for the first scheduled maintenance on my GV70. I'm looking forward to the new Norm Reeves Genesis dealer location in Cerritos!

I believe he is the best representative of a dealership I have ever worked with (and I am 71 and have had high end cars in the past).
