Absolutely, positively the worst experience ever.
Never had a courtesy call during the TWO MONTHS from Issac Diaz, the so call customer service manager.
It was so disrespectful.
Never seen anything like it.
The level of service was just deplorable .

Kyle is outstanding and very professional! Araceli is great too.
My one issue is being told so much about the VIP service. I have had my car in there 3 times for warranty work and only once I got a loaner car. I was also told the whole month of July is booked and no loaners available. Maybe this can be looked into.

Mary the service coordinator was very helpful, friendly and professional (5 stars for her help).
My main disappointment is related to the waiting area, it was not up to the Genesis brand upscale standards. It feels 'adequate' at best. The coffee machine was 'out of order' and only diet Pepsi were offered. To summarize, the waiting lobby was NOT inviting at all !!

I had an urgent problem with my Genesis. It could not be charged. Kyle made a huge effort to get me in asap. He thoroughly explained the possible problems and has taken care of it. I believe he is the best representative of a dealership I have ever worked with (and I am 71 and have had high end cars in the past). You are lucky to have such a knowledgeable and caring person in your service department.
