Took my car in for a dead battery. Found out it was still under warranty so I requested for a new battery. You all supposedly tested it and said the battery was still good. I take it back home and my first attempt to start and it’s dead. It was a holiday weekend and I had plans with my family. I trusted you guys to make the right decision on my battery only to discover nothing was accomplished. It took me another 5 hours getting it towed back to your dealership using your road side assistance. I had to call AAA three time because they only brought a jump and not a tow. Horribly experienced and my whole weekend was wasted. Call me for more details.
