I waited for over 4 for the technician to give me the results of the test on my vehicle. I made in appointment as early as posible. His diagnos was that the oil change has not been made with infact I has change my oil on regular bassist the car is only 4 year and it only has 26,570 miles. I will present the records. My complaint is because ni either the consultant or technician hade the courtesy of keeping me inform until I ask and the time it take for them to give me a update.
