When I picked up the Ford F150, the cashier and a gentleman in the shop could not find any paperwork for the service. I was told the truck and everything would be ready the day before I picked up the truck and I was un able to do so. The next day when I picked it up I did notice that the AC was in fact fixed which I am very grateful for but I also asked if Ford could assist me with getting the Windshield replaced. I didn't hear anything on the matter or whether it could or couldn't be done. I had a similar situation with my personal F350. I brought that in for multiple things and wanted to get everything that was recommended and needed done. Similar to this time, not everything was done or I wasn't given any guidance on why or how to get it done. I feel repeated occurrences are reasons to not return which I don't want given you are my local Ford Dealer.

Patrick was awesome. Clearly told me the results of my oil leak diagnosis and what the repair costs would be if I chose to move forward or that my truck could be put back together as quick as possible if I chose not to move forward on the repairs. I chose to repair the leak and Patrick’s eta for my pickup day was right on. Thanks again!

I dropped off my vehicle at 0730 for an oil change, filter, cabin filter and alignment. I called twice to get an update and never received a call back and sent two text messages asking for an update and never received a response. It was 1 o’clock more than 5 hours after dropping off that I picked up my car and only because I came in and started asking about it. I never received a call informing me it was done. When I did inquire about my car I was told everything was fine except the alignment. In the end everything was sorted out however communication with the customer was non existent. There should be no reason it takes 5 hours for routine maintenance on a vehicle especially when appointments are established.

I had to wait over 15 minutes while the cashier chatted in the phone. My car was ready and was sitting in the exit lane. The paperwork was in the basket. I paid for the “works” but the report sheet contained almost no remarks except that I needed a new air filter. Which was not that dirty. When I turned down a new air filter the service advisor never spoke to me again. Not even to tell me my vehicle was ready. Hew want doing anything but talking to other service advisers
