arrived to pick up the truck receptionist told me to wait Lisa would bring the truck up , waited 6 or 7 minutes no one brought the truck up BUT as I waited 4 other people arrived after me and received their vehicle before me no one asked if they could help me while I waited outside . I went inside and got my Keys and got it myself . NOY PLEASED AT ALL!
