We were disappointed with the lack of communication from Julian regarding the status of our vehicle. He was aware of this and washed our truck when we picked it up, which was a nice effort, but we would have preferred to have been updated about our vehicle throughout the process.

Lack of communication. We were promised 8am pick up and car done same day. Car wasn't picked up till 1pm no communication. Car wasn't brought back until next day. Considering different dealership. No attempt at service recovery.
