-Poor communication waiting for a part.
-Was told I needed to leave the vehicle for half a day for a simple key cut, because it had to be coded. This is just the backup blade and I verified indeed this was not the case…I didn’t even need to bring in the vehicle.
-I had to question and guide pricing.
-No multipoint inspection report.
-Frankly, I have major trust issues with Lisa and your service department based on the last couple of visits. I think I’m willing to try another service advisor, and I’m hopeful that will resolve issue.
