My appointment was at 9:15 am and my car was delivered to me until 3:30 pm, it is the longest time I had expected and my car needed it, of all the times I have had the service done with you, this has never happened. I honestly have no desire to return to you.

I love Ford, and I love working with Kurt. So much that every Car I purchase is either a Ford or Lincoln. However the customer service in the service department is not the same. I have had multiple interactions with Lisa, she is rude and disrespectful. She has hung up the phone on me and has also made me feel that I am inconvenience. What’s inconvenient is purchasing a brand new car and it having issues the very next day. I bring car in and was not told it was going to be an all day ordeal and when I called looking for my car I was made to feel like I was inconveniencing them. And to top it off my brand new Car is still having issues.

We took our vehicle in for 20k service & oil change. During oil change & inspection the techs found a possible leak in steering and didn't have time in the work day to finish that inspection & perform the recall work. Rep told us that techs would perform recall & diagnosis a possible problem with rack & pinion steering the following day and the vehicle would be ready by 2 pm. We didn't hear from him so went by dealership at 2:30 pm. NEITHER task had been addressed. We live nearly 45 minutes from dealership so it was very disappointed in the lack of attention to our vehicle.
