The staff was very polite, but after my oil change my skid plate was left partially loose/hanging under my car. I brought it back and they took my car back to address it. When I got home afterwards, I realized the skid plate was still loose/hanging and couldn't bring it back again before closing.

Lisa was great except for she or someone did not reply to my email where i was asking for an update on the mustang repair. i called and she said she would email me the estimate which was good. just a small thing. also, when i got in the car and noticed there was no heat, i had to push buttons to get the heater and fan to work and that has never happened.
no big deal and everything seems good now.

The actual service went well, but - this was a return after a recall software update was unsuccessfully performed last week. Also, I was charged $51 for the recall programming (it should have been free of charge) and they were not able to refund the $51, until they get it back from the factory. That just seems wrong to me.
