I arrived at 7:30am for a scheduled oil change for my recently purchased 2023 Ford Bronco Sport. I was never given an estimated time of completion other than "we will call you". I called a few times around noon and 1pm but I couldn't get through to my advisor. I went to the store at 1:30pm and my vehicle was still not ready. They said it would be an hour. I got a call around 2:30pm stating that my car was ready for pick up. I got there and no one went through the work that was done. I'm not even sure if a tire rotation was completed. Once I got in my car it smelled like oil and rusted tools. I had to wait about 7 hours for an oil change and tire/break. inspection.

Poor service! I wasn’t kept in the loop of my car. An issue which was supposed to be resolved in one day was extended to one week. The panel covering the oil pan and filter wasn’t secured to the vehicle and actually fell off thanks Santa Maria FORD. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this dealership for service. I’d drive to AG before returning to this FORD for service.
