I took my car in because my window on the drivers side wasn’t going down I was informed that a part need to be ordered since they didn’t have it no problem.
I paid and I am waiting for my car when they pulled up with my window that isn’t working down. I Tell them that I need them to put the window up because I can’t using my car like this until the part is ordered, which will take a couple of days I explain how I have to go to work and I can’t leave it like that because someone could break in. Long story short I was told that they couldn’t do anything to put the window up that it was to much work... I’m sorry but that is not acceptable, when I took my car in this morning my window was up and if anything I would just have to open the door. This is an inconvenience for me because now I have to worry about someone or something having all the access into my car because they said it was to much to connect the cable to make window go up. I need this to be resolved ASAP.
