I was not satisfied with the service that I received from the service department at all! The reason I brought my 2020 Chevrolet Equinox, was to have my front service brakes to be looked at. I noticed last week, that the front brake rotors were showing some abnormal wear on the rotors, at the current time my vehicle only has approximately 18866 mileage. At that mileage, there shouldn’t be none at all. I received a call around 3:54 from your service representative Maria, that the technician didn’t fine nothing wrong with the rotors at all. Don’t know if the technician even removed the front tires at all, there was no signs at all, no scuffs marks. It could have been just a visual inspection. I took some pictures prior to dropping my vehicle off at the dealership for documentation of the front rotors. I’m pretty sure this will be the last time I ever purchased a vehicle from your dealership. I was always thinking that the dealership would take care of their loyal customers with total satisfaction. That was proven wrong on Saturday morning.

Seems like Jesse Cedillo was having a bad day and was just plain rude. He felt it necessary to yell and be curt. First time at Chevy and was not impressed. I have been to Toyota in the past and have been given a complimentary car wash after service with nice customer service which I did not receive here. A tire rotation was “included” but I know for a fact they did not do it.
