Sean was great and very user friendly. When I returned his call I was placed on hold for over 15 minutes. When they picked my call she told me we are closed and wouldn't provide me with any information and told me Sean left for the day. Sean called me 20 minutes later since he hadn't heard from me and he was still at work. I have been a Paradise Chevrolet customer for almost 18 years and was disappointed with the female on the phone. I would like to reiterate, Sean was great and my issue is not with him.

I had an appointment and had to wait 30 min before my assigned service rep, Craig, got to me. Someone should be regulating when cars come in for service, who have appts and what time and put cars in line according to appt time and those that don’t have appts in another line. Perhaps when making appt, the schedule should mention otherwise, you may want to arrive 30 min early cuz check in sometimes gets crowded.

Carlos was amazing! He was super friendly and recommended services. He gave me an accurate time line of when it was done. I did mention to him about some rudeness I received when I called to say I was going to be late for my appointment to be told by the lady that next time I need to plan better for my time. What that lady didn’t know is that I’m a 911 dispatcher that works graveyards and was only able to take a short nap before I had to leave for my appointment. Also I hit traffic with the rain. I’m hoping this was handled. I was VERY upset when I was told that.
