Maria was on top of everything at all times, very professional, very knowledgeable, very personable, and very friendly. Even asked for her card so we can stick with her when we need to come back for any kind of service. She responded back very quickly to us whenever we needed to speak with her. Horrible service the worst I’ve bin to yet first time at paradise there is knowing close to paradise . Had truck all day never looked at it service advisor ask if I wanted to take it somewhere which I did after it was there all day . I told them I’m coming to get my keys they said great . First n last time ever going there . Read the service reviews horrible. Service manager had nothing but hot air to say about it service start at management and they need to restart they program . Guy bringing my truck out had to make a 5 point turnaround on a 1 way driveway . Restructuring would b a good start I’m sure I forgot few things but I’m over it .
