I sent an email to Paradise Chevy explaining my disappointment in your service. I had a 10:30 appointment for the air bag recall and after waiting two and half hours my Silverado hadn’t been touched. Looking at a YouTube video it should have taken a professional mechanic about 20 minutes to complete. So I told Peter to bring my truck up front cause I’m leaving and will have the recall done elsewhere!
He then went and checked with someone and came back to tell me he could have it done in one hour. Not good! I then left!

Chris gave outstanding customer service follow up by negotiating with GMC for a discounted price on the GMC tail light, even though it was out of warranty. I was in a rush on Wednesday and he told me he should be able to get me out in one hour but he actually did so in 45 minutes. Five star service.

Maria, did not call or try to contact me about the service completed on my truck. The inspection reviled a couple of maintenance issues if informed I could have given the service mechanics the approval to repair/replace. Now I have to make another appointment to get the items identified on the inspection report fixed. This is not the first time I wasn’t satisfied with Maria’s service. My previous service person was Scott, he always ensured my family experience was exceptional. I’m disappointed with Maria’s communication with us.
