I would’ve appreciated it if, when I made the appt, they would’ve reminded me about needing brakes. I would’ve included it in my service. Now I have to take another day off work and reschedule to get that done.

The young man (Hayden) was not helpful, did not seem to know what he was doing and when we scheduled the appointment, he told us it would be about 1.5 to 2 hours. We arrived before our appointment of 9:00 am and did not get out of there until 1:00. Also, Hayden came to us to say we had an exhaust leak and described the problem. I had to ask how much it was going to cost or if it was under warranty. He needs to be taught how to present his work and in what order. I was getting upset when I had to ask if the warranty
