Made an appointment for a oil change, asked the service representative if they usually start on time being that I had a appointment and she told me being that I had a appointment I should not have to wait more than a hour, when I arrived I had to wait for my service adviser to come and check me in even tho there was 3 other advisors standing out there. When my service advisor finally showed up and checked me in he inform me they were running behind and it would take at least 2 hours. I informed him that I was told by the service representative who made the appointment over the phone that they allow time for each appointment so that the wait is not over a hour. My service representative told me they were running behind and there was nothing he could do, I would not be returning to that service department for service, I would be going to Hemet or Moreno Valley. The service representative that worked with me need to.work.on his people skills. Maybe he should attend a gateway class to work on his people skills. Hell at least learn how to pacify the customer so they will at least be willing to return to your service department.
