Mr. Gosting was a professional and very courteous to me and my vehicle and understood my situation from the start. Even though the O did not have an appointment for the services I needed he knew the time and had had the knowledge and expertise needed to handle my dire situation. Tried 4 times to get approval for payment of repairs by a auto protective plan but received no response so we assume the protection plan in question is a scam outfit.
Ted was excellent calling several times keeping me informed as to what was golfing on with the repairs.
