Ted was great! I couldn’t have asked for a better advisor. The main reason I wasn’t fully satisfied with my service experience was because it’s a bummer to pay for a diagnostic and not get what needs to be fixed done due to the service and parts being overpriced. I went to Chevy to get an oil change and figure out why my engine light was on. I feel I wasted $200 for a “thorough diagnostic” to still leave with the engine light on… what I wanted accomplished was not accomplished… but I want to make it clear that Ted was wonderful and displayed GREAT customer service!
