Peter is by far one of the best service advisors I’ve ever worked with (across all brands). He is attentive and does what he says. He was also very cordial and easy to talk with (a normal guy you can have a normal conversation with). I know my way around vehicles and hate going to dealerships for any service or warranty. I’ve had plenty of bad experiences, which unfortunately seems to be the norm and therefore expectations are generally low. I am also a GM family member.
I’m happy to say, Peter made this a great experience and went above and beyond what is expected! For this reason, I would consider buying from Paradise in the future. It also doesn’t hurt that the dealership is very nice and has a great layout. Additionally, I needed some parts while I was there. Juan in Parts was super nice and helpful.
