I am very disappointed with the service my wife received today when she took in the XTS 2019 Cadillac for a simple oil change and a tire replacement. I worked with Carlos who made notes that I needed my new tire exchange for the left rear and much to my surprise I still see my old Tire mounted in the rear and they took my new tire out of the trunk
