I received one phone call asking if I was okay with the service technician looking into my low beam headlight issue at 0924. My appointment was at 0800. I did not receive any updates nor did I receive a phone call stating they were running later. I called the service number and was placed on hold for over 30 minutes. I decided to hang up and call back. The excuse I received was the service operator takes a lot of calls and I must have been transferred to a different extension. When I finally received an update on vehicle it was already an hour after my estimated completion time. Again, there was no call or text letting me know it was running late. When I received the update from Geoff Rasmussen, I was told the head lamps could be replaced but it would be another $100 onto an already large cost. In the beginning I was told Geoff would reach out to where I purchased the vehicle to see if it was still under warranty; I never received information as to if that call was even placed. Geoff understood my frustration and was able to assist slightly with the overall cost because of the lateness and the alleged unavailability of the head lamps for my truck. Ultimately, this was by far one of the worst experiences overall I have ever encountered at Paradise Chevrolet, and I have purchased three vehicles from there and even sold a vehicle back which all were far better experiences. While Geoff was willing to assist me in the end I just feel like the lack of communication and what felt like zero remorse from the service operator caused the biggest frustration and concern during this visit. Worst service ever. Told me over the phone nothing was wrong only fluid needed to be replaced…. I get the report when I picked up my truck and there was a few issues. Called the dealer where I originally bought the truck and they said all of that should’ve been covered under my warranty. Even though warranty covers all my stuff he tried to charge me over 900 dollars on a 220 dollar fix anywhere else. Truck was in the shop for a 7 days just so he can tell me nothing is wrong but yet on paper it said a few things were wrong. Absolutely unbelievable. I can’t even describe how unsatisfying and upset I am over this issue. I can’t believe after buying a truck from Chevy and paying for the warranty that I’d be going to have these issues. I went here because it’s closer than where i purchased my truck. If I would’ve known that I would’ve made the drive and went somewhere I’d be getting treated the right way. Instead you guys tried to burn me for overpriced service and a truck that still has issues .

First I appreciate the team getting my car to me after the service center closed. I arrived at 4:40 and was helped by the 2 receptionists quick and easy. Carlos was excellent. Where I have issues. The car came back to me with chunks of grease all over the doors, Windows, grill, and hood. I washed the car myself as I was informed complimentary cleaning isn't offered although the grease came from the car being serviced. Second, the vehicle has a constant shimmy in the steering which that was not present when the car was brought in. My hopes are this can be looked at and rectified with out the loss of my vehicle for more than a few hours and isn't causing damage to any front end components. I look forward to hearing from someone from your team about these items.
