Jon was very thorough and informative. He was proactive at giving me updates on my concerns and checking extended warranty for coverage on issues I presented. Only thing I was disappointed about was that your transmission techs are a week behind, according to Jon and I would have to leave my truck there for over a week just to get diagnosis on the consistent shifting issues I have been having over last few years.
