You should offer loaners. I would have had my air conditioning cleaned if I could have had a loaner as I always get one at Mercedes Benz.
Sadly getting a rental takes an hour with you guys.
It’s not great costumer service. Just a thought.

I had to wait over 2 hours for an oild change and tire rotation. I had a 9:30 a.m. appointment and the rep said they were backed up. How are you backed up at 9:30 a.m.? Whats the point of making an appointment if you dont get seen at that time slot? People plan their days around the confirmed appointment.

2.5 hrs to service for an oil change and rotating tires is ridiculous for an scheduled appointment. there was several customer that came in for just an oil change after I dropped off my vehicle that lifted before me. When talked with manager Doug all he said in a Sarcastically tone is who should he FIRE for it taking to long.....if he us running the show you then know where the problem starts. I Was listed as a priority 3, he wouldn't state what that means. I do know that customers that paid for the oil change vs customers, like me fore which it was part of that #Warranty left before me. totally unSatisfied
