I brought in my 3500 diésel with more then half a tank and the truck was returned with less then a quarter , I went to talk to a adviser and he told me there was nothing he could do about it. For that reason I will look to go to a different dealer for all my service needs and purchases.

Ted is always attentive and caring ,he does his best to keep the cost down .Provided immediate help ,sadly my complaint is about the service we used to get but no longer have . I am a widow ,living alone and getting a ride to and from the dealership is not easy ,Other dealerships offer ride services ,loaner cars and Uber to your home and back when you get your vehicle ,the costs are very high and no “ good customer perks “ are disappointing. I n the past 3 months I have spent over 3.,500$ at your business ! On a Chevy vehicle ,a ride home would have been nice !

(2) hours for a simple oil change and tire rotation!
Mechanic found a nail in one tire. Wanted to buy a tire but they did not have the matching tires. Wouldn’t plug it because of the location of the nail. Placed spare tire on and hung tire with nail back underneath truck. Got home and was called by service tech saying the mechanic who did the service on my truck had kept my center cap. Spent another hour driving down to get my center cap. Service advisor didn’t explain the service, nor explain future services. Not a good experience!
